A Night Auditor is required to work effectively within a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include welcoming and escorting guests, handling front office operations, dealing with enquiries, anticipating guests' needs and providing excellent service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Welcome and escort guests within the hotel during Night shift
* Deal with all Front Office operations according to policies and procedures
* Dealing with enquiries both over the phone and face to face
* Anticipate guests needs in order to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience
* Handle cash and credit card payments as outlined
* Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to all colleagues
* Be punctual at all times and adhere to general rules strictly
* Summarize each night's operations and list any follow-up tasks for management
* Complete the Night Audit controls and make all necessary adjustments in order to run the End of Day procedure with correct figures
* Prepare and review activities and reports for the next day and pass all necessary information to the Daily team and Management
* Coordinate and supervise Hotel Night activities in cooperation with other Hotel Night Staff members and take action when necessary
