As a HC Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, regulation, and innovation‑driving excellence, ensuring compliance, and enabling growth in a dynamic, high‑impact environment. /p pThe Healthcare Quality Assurance Senior Manager communicates and manages quality policy and objectives and reports on the overall effectiveness of the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) healthcare quality program across Italy. /p pHe / She collaborates with Operations to ensure the smooth implementation of new healthcare business and maintains knowledge of quality and regulatory agency rules and regulations to communicate compliance requirements. /p pThe Healthcare QA Senior Manager manages the documentation and training of operating procedures and regulatory topics, risk minimization of storing, distributing and transporting healthcare products, and audits and facility or system validations (i.e., reliable proof that systems and equipment perform to defined specifications). He / She may manage the document control process, order‑to‑cash, QA support, risk assessment and training. This position oversees managers and supervisors. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and oversee the Healthcare QA function across logistics operations in Italy. /li liAct as the country‑level owner of the healthcare quality program, ensuring consistent application of standards and regulatory compliance. /li liManage internal group consultations, training, investigations, and problem solving related to healthcare quality issues to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. /li liOversee the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, ensuring agency regulations are incorporated and proper procedures are followed by IT, Operations, and Order‑to‑Cash personnel across geographic locations. /li liDirectly manage and develop the QA team. /li liEnsure that client product types and service requirements are correctly identified to determine applicable regulations. /li liManage the information gathering, scheduling, preparation, and distribution of reports in support of internal and client audits. /li /ul h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liMandatory experience in the logistics sector /li liExtensive background in Quality Assurance within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare logistics organizations. /li liProven experience managing large teams /li liStrong knowledge of healthcare quality systems, regulatory inspections, and validation processes. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent English and Italian (written and spoken). /li /ul h3Location: Milan or Rome /h3 pUPS is committed to equality, respect, and creating a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. /p pEmployee Type : Permanent /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
