Job Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain adequate commercial relationships with customers.
* Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
* Serve as supervisor during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary.
* Act as coordinator during the installation of lines or machinery when necessary.
* Maintain and care for supplied tools and test equipment, ensuring proper calibration.
* Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as parts, new contracts, contract renewals, and system sales.
Your Profile / Qualifications
* Secondary School Technical Diploma (Mechatronic specialization preferred).
* Willingness to travel to Italy (approximately 200 days/year, Monday to Friday), with some travel abroad.
* Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays occasionally (once a month, variably).
* Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B2).
* Experience in technical documentation and knowledge of GEA product portfolio and related processes/applications is a plus.
* Proactivity and flexibility.
