Marketing and Communication Strategy
* Support in building SGS Italy Group Marketing plan ensuring the implementation of brand and communication strategies through regular marketing performance review presenting insights and recommending optimizations.
* Create and execute multichannel Marketing and Communication campaigns acting as the operational lead while curating the social media editorial plan for SGS Italy Group in close collaboration with the Marketing responsible of each Business Unit to achieve common goals.
Content Strategy & Amplification
* Develop and implement narrative and content strategies for the SGS Italy Group collaborating with internal stakeholders to highlight key topics across channels.
* Maintain the SGS Italy Group website through content creation update and translation ensuring it reflects the latest initiatives.
Communication Channels
* Manage platforms and digital tools to deliver content in the form of website pages and news social media posts and press releases. In addition to building and managing a network of external partners (e.g. agencies freelancers) to coordinate graphic and promotional material production and execution.
* Manage the successful delivery of events and tradeshows including planning design and post-event closure.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication or a related field
* 35 years of experience inmarketing media agency or consulting experience is a plus.
* High expertise in marketing & digital tools (incl. ChatGPT)
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in Italian (native level) and proficiency in English
* Expert-level knowledge on marketing strategy and operations
* High degree of initiative exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate efficiently with all stakeholders
* Ability to comfortably and professionally interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment paying attention to detail and taking ownership of projects with confidence and creativity
* Problem-solving mentality. Being able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues in an efficient and effective way
