Administration Back office Staff COMER represents HANBELL providing high-quality screw compressor products to her customers, is located in the province of Varese Italy - the center of the RHVAC industry in Europe. COMER has been authorized to introduce and promote the first class of HANBELL products with high reliability, competitive price, and excellent lead time to international customers, both creating & sharing a win-win situation. Responsibilities The role will be focused on the activities listed below, but not limited to： - Control and register invoices of suppliers/customers - Supporting the sales office with export issues related to invoices or documents - Produce/Control/Send Electronic Invoices xml files - Manage petty cash - Support in managing and coordinating internal and external communication - Register and maintain assets data - Assist the General Manager with office issues Requirements: - Professional experience in a similar position (2 years) - Bachelor degree o equivalent; - Italian and English (fluent); - Full professional proficiency with Excel; - Good knowledge of computer tools; - Proactive approach, and high degree of autonomy; - Well organizational and communication skills; - Time management and ability to identify priorities; - Accuracy, attention to details and problem solving; - Confidentiality and discretion; - Ability to work under-pressure.
