The role The HR Operations Specialist will act as the local HR expert for Italy, bridging global HR strategy with day‑to‑day operational excellence.
Partner with Italian business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Ensure compliance with Italian labor law, payroll processes, and employment regulations Build strong employee relations and support a positive, engaging workplace culture Support end‑to‑end talent processes including onboarding, development, and retention Manage local HR systems, data accuracy, and administrative processes Deliver local training and employee development initiatives Advise on compensation & benefits, performance management, and business design
Who we’re looking for
Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline Previous HR experience, ideally within a multinational environment Strong experience with Italian payroll and labor relations is essential Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and solutions‑focused Fluent Italian (C2) Experience with HR reporting and communication tools is advantageous
