We are seeking a highly skilled CFD Engineer to join our R&D Modelling and Simulation team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of energy by developing cutting-edge simulations for green hydrogen production.
About the Role
* Design and develop advanced thermal and fluid-dynamics simulations for electrolysers
* Analyze and optimize system performance using thermodynamics and heat transfer principles
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and project delivery
* Predict and report results through thorough understanding of system and component design
Requirements
* Master's degree in Energy, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of experience in simulation engineering or equivalent roles
* Excellent knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and numerical simulation
* Understanding of engineering design principles and processes in relevant sectors
* Advanced knowledge of 3D CFD simulation software (Star-CCM+ preferred)
* Good command of CAD/CAE tools for simulation pre-processing
* Fluent English language skills
