Experteer OverviewIn this role, you will contribute to the Network Components Business Unit in Milan by driving product modularity and standardization across engineering designs. You will manage product codes, BOMs, and related docs, while supporting cost-reduction initiatives and the product strategy. You will lead phase-in/phase-out activities and ensure compliance with standards, collaborating with Product Management, Operations, and other teams. You will use CAD tools and SAP for PDM and process integration, and work with development teams to introduce improvements that matter to customers and the business.

Responsabilità

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Proven experience in manufacturing or product development within structured organizations
- Experience in technical design and product management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with CAD tools and SAP
- Laboratory work, testing and prototyping experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptabilityFluent in English
