Night ManagerThe Night Manager will ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests.Responsibilities

Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.), in full operational autonomy.Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures.Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests.Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night.Print arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day.Compile company reports and handover for the following morning's shift.
Qualifications
Professional knowledge of the English language; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.Good knowledge of Opera PMS.Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category.Reliability and problem solving skills.
