For our Headquarters based in Trieste, we are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our Shared Service Center, a dynamic and fast‑paced international environment supporting multiple countries.
This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented and proactive professional, motivated to contribute to high‑quality accounting services while continuously improving processes within a structured shared service model.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end‑to‑end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
✔ Perform accounts payable and general ledger activities.
✔ Handle intercompany reconciliations and support monthly closing procedures.
✔ Apply standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and internal control.
✔ Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to support business operations.
✔ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Shared Service Center.
Requirements:
🎓 Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, or a few years of experience in accounting departments.
💻 Good knowledge of Excel.
🌍 Good level of English.
🤝 Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving skills.
🚀 Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
Nice to have:
ERP system experience (Oracle).
