The candidate will work in the Design Team of the Mechanical Area of SRS and will be involved in the design and procurement of mechanical components for the Energy Industry (Oil & Gas and Nuclear Industry).
After a period of on-the-job training, depending on the candidate's background, the candidate will assume design and management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and follow up on mechanical engineering for projects in the energy and nuclear sectors (Basic, FEED, EPC);
2. Develop, review, and follow up on Material Requisitions for mechanical equipment and packages;
3. Interface with Clients and Stakeholders;
4. Manage Requests for Quotation;
5. Review detailed designs from subsuppliers or third parties;
6. Follow up on purchase orders.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
* Knowledge of main engineering principles;
* Proficiency in English;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
* Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat;
* Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
* No prior experience required;
* Industry experience in Oil & Gas and Nuclear sectors.
