PpAs an Account Specialist focused on the Italian Market, you will reconnect with former customers and motivate them to resume using the company's products and services.
You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, nurture strong relationships, and contribute to their ongoing success while driving business growth.
You will be working from Monday to Friday between 10:*****:00.
The position is hybrid and you will be requested to work on site on Wednesday and Thursday.

/li liManage and develop your client portfolio with a focus on long-term partnerships.
/li liDesign and execute strategic plans to expand account value and business opportunities.
/li liAchieve targets related to account reactivation and client spending.
/li liBuild new relationships with past clients and identify opportunities to grow their investment, especially in key product areas.
/li liMeet sales objectives and uncover new business opportunities within B2B marketing environments.
/li liCommunicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
/li liUnderstand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions aligned with their goals.
/li liGuide clients in turning their marketing objectives into actionable strategies.
/li liServe as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive effective and timely support.
/li liStay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
/li liConsistently achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
/li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liSolid understanding of sales processes and pipeline management /li liFluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) /li liPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or outsourcing environments /li liAbility to apply value-based selling techniques in a dynamic setting /li liBackground in marketing is preferred /li liSkilled at identifying growth opportunities and increasing client investmentStrong organizational skills, self-motivation, and discipline /li liProficiency in MS Office tools /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems is an advantage /li liAuthorized to work in Bulgaria /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liBase salary: € per month /li liQuarterly performance premio: €1,****** /li liTransportation and internet allowance /li liLife event bonuses (e.g., marriage, birth/adoption, graduation) /li liComprehensive health and dental insurance (fully covered) /li liLife insurance /li liOptional Multisport card /li liAdditional quarterly performance incentives /li /ul h3Relocation Package if needed /h3 ul liReimbursement of travel expenses up to 250 euros after 6 months from your start date in the company, if there is no pre-notice (travel documents need to be presented e-ticket and invoice) /li li10 nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included) /li liAdvance in salary of 500 euros to help you settle.
