Qualifications You have 3-5 years of experience in operations, commercial delivery, or project management. You are fluent in Italian and English. You have worked with (or can work with) traditional industries such as oil & gas, logistics, or fleet operators, or equivalent. You have a hands-on execution-first mentality. You are proactive, resilient, and adaptable with the ability to take initiative and wear multiple hats. You think independently and aren't afraid to challenge ideas while still respecting decisions and contributing to a collaborative, team-driven environment. You have a strategic mindset and can think ahead while staying grounded in daily priorities. You value honesty, transparency, and accountability and bring those traits into your working relationships. You are able to operate in the Central European timezone with willingness to travel once a month to meet with the team in Bolzano.
