Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Lab Consultant for our Diagnostics Pre‑Sales team. Reporting to the Head of Solution Design, the Lab Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and consultation to prospective customers. The role requires a deep understanding of laboratory workflows, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively demonstrate the value of our diagnostic products and solutions.
Assist Sales in closing current and new Total Lab Automation opportunities to meet the company’s growth plan.
The Workflow Pre‑Sales analyses laboratory workflows and creates a realistic vision for automation and IT for the customer, influencing tender specifications.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver high‑impact solutions that address complex business and technical challenges.
Collaborate closely with experienced team members, including product managers, project managers, and sales.
Develop along a growth journey that integrates technical and scientific expertise, business acumen, and strategic vision.
Gain exposure to and collaborate within a multinational and multicultural environment.
Qualifications
Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is preferred.
Proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting, with strong understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes, knowledge of WIT T
