Descrizione: For a global technology firm that provides loss-prevention and merchandise-visibility solutions for the retail industry we are looking for a Service Project Manager. Main Purpose Service Project Manager will work as point of reference (internal and external) for all our complex installations projects/roll out. He/she will be responsible for preparing projects specifications, detailing tasks, defining milestones, and ensuring the correct deliver of the projects within the assigned deadlines. He/she will also monitor the correct process and resolution of the maintenance service calls. Main Responsibilities Work with Key Account Manager to collect all the information related to the projects. Prepare projects specifications with detailed tasks and deadlines. Define milestones of the projects. Create the complete list of materials necessary for the installation, before the SAP order, to ensure that all the materials required are on site at the first visit. Control that all the aspects of the installation (positions of the antennas, remote connections, data management, etc) have been decided and agreed with the customer and the KAM. Share all the needed information with Customer service and the planner. Control that all the information necessary to the subcontractor to close the installation have been shared. Check after the installation, through the feedback of the subcontractor and the work paper, that the work has been completed correctly. Check invoices from subcontractors. Act as point of reference for the projects both internally and externally with the Customers. Monitor the correct process and the resolution of the maintenance service calls. Act as point of reference for the KAM in case of extraordinary critical issues. Define the priority in terms of service installations and maintenance in case of critical issue/specific request. Ensure that the necessary information is shared among Field Service, Customer Service and Sales departments. Report and update critical pending situations to the Service Business Manager. Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 2-3 year of experience in the role. Minimum Requirements: Knowledge & Skills Excellent communications skills.
