MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Listed below are the minimum mandatory requirements for candidatesfor this role.
ØA minimum of 1-2 years in a revenue management and/oranalytical role.
ØPreferred:
oExperiencein an international hotel chain or hotel group.
oExperiencein a Marriott or Hilton hotel
oExperiencein a luxury hotel affiliated with LHW
ØOperation knowledge of the following systems:
oOnQ PMS,Opera PMS, Protel PMS, CRS/CRO Software
ØExcellent skills in Excel and high-level presentationskills via PowerPoint or other tools.
ØNative or fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
ØFluent in English (written and spoken)
ØMust be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian workvisa.
PREFERREDSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Listed below are preferred skills and knowledge for this role whichwill be considered as an advantage.
ØPrevious experience in hotel operations (FrontOffice, Reservations, other)
ØOperational knowledge of RMS: Duetto, Ideas, other
ØExpertise of OTA’s – Extranet, functionality, etc.
ØKnowledge of Rate Shopping software
OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE
TheRevenue & Distribution Analyst (RDA) will work with the Group Director ofRevenue Strategy & Distribution and the revenue team to coordinate allrevenue strategies across all of the IHC hotels. He/She works closely with thedigital marketing and sales teams as well as the operations teams in eachhotel.
He/Shereports to the Group Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution.

SCOPE OF THIS ROLE
ØEnsure professional and efficientutilization of all systems, in line with company best practices and standardoperating procedures.
ØEnsure that sales and pricing strategiesare based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis andreporting.
ØEnsure effective information gatheringand analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximise on all possibleopportunities and minimise any risks.
ØCompetitiveand Demand Analysis: ensures rate shopping data is consistent, appropriate andeffectively analysed
ØProvidedaily, weekly and monthly reporting.
ØOptimizedistribution partnerships.
ØEnsuresoccupancy and inventory are optimized within hotels.
ØProvidescritical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors.
ØBuildand maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at IHC hotels.
ØPromote a revenuemanagement culture.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ANDDUTIES
ØExecute revenue management anddistribution strategy of the hotels and day to day yield operations.
ØElaborate daily KPI analyses via Excel, BI Tools, other analytic software
ØApply daily rate andinventory updates
ØPeriodic Rate loadingwithin PMS, CRS, GDS
ØEnsure all related systems are configuredcorrectly
ØDaily pick-up analysis, strategyadjustments and reporting.
ØPerform competitive benchmark studies andfollow market trends.
ØEnsure web site booking process ismaintained up-to-date and functional.
ØRegularly check the input and the qualityof data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).
ØEvaluate performance of distributionpartners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia,groups, etc).
ØSupport the annual revenue budgetprocess.
ØAny other reasonable requests made bymanagement.
