You will design and develop advanced mechanical and mechatronics systems powering the next generation of precision agriculture equipment. This is a permanent position based in Rubiera (Italy), reporting directly to the Mechanical Engineering Manager.Role and ResponsibilitiesResearch, design, and develop advanced mechanical and hydraulic fluid transfer systems for precision agriculture.Drive innovation by ensuring every product meets and exceeds quality expectations and industry standards throughout development and production.Support continuous improvement, cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver reliable solutions that meet customer needs.Skills and QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Excellent command of CAD tools and PLM.Strong experience in plastic injection‐molded component design.Solid knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Solid understanding of project management principles and FMEA.Experience with FEM simulation is a plus.Intermediate level of English.Who You AreAnalytical mindset with a hands‐on approach.Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a complex environment.Proactive, results‐oriented, and skilled at solving problems creatively.Eager to learn, grow and take initiative in technical and project activities.Strong customer focus and able to manage multiple priorities.What We OfferWe provide a stimulating environment where innovation, collaboration, and professional growth thrive.
