Reservation ManagerAt Hotel Violino d'Oro, the Reservation Manager is a central operational figure within the hotel. This role goes beyond traditional reservations management: while ensuring flawless handling of all booking activity, the Reservation Manager also collaborates closely with the General Manager on pricing logic, inventory controls, and demand strategy, helping to guide how the hotel positions and sells its rooms.The position requires strong technical reservations expertise within the luxury market in five-star properties, paired with analytical thinking and revenue knowledge, and a natural interest in understanding how rates, availability, and demand work together.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all reservation and booking requests from guests, travel advisors, and partners.Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent processing of all reservations.Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with a warm, thoughtful, and solution-oriented approach.Confirm reservations and prepare clear, well-presented confirmation communications.Maintain accurate input of rates, room types, packages, restrictions, and availability within the PMS and connected systems.Monitor daily pickup, occupancy, and booking pace, highlighting patterns or opportunities.Actively participate in the definition and implementation of the hotel's revenue strategy, in collaboration with the General Manager.Develop and manage rate structures, restrictions, and inventory controls according to demand and positioning.Analyze booking trends, market behavior, and competitor positioning to support pricing and availability decisions.Prepare weekly and monthly performance and revenue reports.Coordinate daily with the Front Office team to ensure alignment on arrivals, special requests, and room allocation.Manage modifications, cancellations, and special requests with care and attention to detail.Contribute to shaping how the hotel's rooms are positioned and sold, in line with the pr
