Verifies that the Quality System of the Aprilia plant is in accordance with the provisions of the Company's Policies.
The Compliance Mgr, the Quality System Mgr, the Quality Assurance Operations Mgr, the Quality Process Manager, the Quality Control Mgr, the Organization Develop & Training Mgr and the Analytical Support Jr. SpV report directly to the Quality Operations Director.
1. Responsible for all the activities related to the Quality Operations Director in accordance with the provisions of the Company's Policies.
2. Ensures that there is a system of Notification to Management and a timely communication to the holder of the marketing of any non-compliance detected in the medicine that has already been placed on the market.
3. Verifies that the Quality System of the Aprilia plant is in accordance with the cGMP and the company's Policies.
4. Chairs the Quality Council ensuring that the corrective actions established are carried out on time and in the manner provided.
5. Raises the PIRC (Product Incident Recall Committee) when deemed necessary.
6. Ensures a data collection system and required information relating to company metrics on the Quality system. Evaluates, with the members of the Quality Council, the data collected relating to the various metrics, taking appropriate actions to reach the set targets when necessary. Establishes in collaboration with the SLT and the EU Quality Director the metrics and related targets to monitor the Quality and Compliance level of the Plant.
7. As a Director supervises the compliance in terms of health, safety and environment (HSE) of the work, gives instructions in order it can be carried out in the best way, therefore in safety and in accordance with law rules. Organizes the activities with a further distribution of tasks among the employees in such a way as to prevent the violation of the law and guarantees an adequate number of employees in charge able to supervise the effective observance of the prevention tasks by all those present at the place of work, in any capacity.
8. Ensures that GMP activities relating to all Site documentation are carried out in accordance with QMS standards.
9. As a Director supervises the regularity in terms of health, safety and environment (HSE) of the work, gives instructions in order it can be carried out in the best way, therefore in safety and in accordance with law rules. Organizes the activities with a further distribution of tasks among the employees in such a way as to prevent the violation of the law and guarantee an adequate number of persons in charge able to supervise the effective observance of the prevention tasks by all those present at the place of work, in any capacity.
10. Performs all other tasks of a similar nature to those listed above and anyway pertaining to the category and organizational position.
Qualifications & Skills:
11. Degree in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
12. The position requires in addition to managerial skills a strong technical competence
13. In addition to managerial skills, considerable experience in processes and situations is required.
14. Previous work experience in the role of at least 10 years.
15. Fluent in English and Italian.
