As Manager Facilities you will be leading our facilities operations across both corporate offices and retail stores, ensuring a seamless, high-quality, and safe working environment aligned with adidas standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee facilities operations across corporate and retail locations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency with adidas global standards.
Drive the development of the Milan offices, contributing to the evolution of our workplace concept and ensuring spaces reflect our culture, sustainability goals, employee experience priorities and apply the H&S; procedures when needed.
Manage a team of internal and external professionals, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
Ensure a qualitative working environment, developing and maintaining the right mix of services (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, space management) to support employee wellbeing and business needs.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to understand business requirements and influence strategic decisions.
Manage vendors and service providers, both insourced and outsourced, ensuring quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee budgeting and financial management for both corporate and retail facilities, including forecasting, tracking, and optimisation of operational costs.
Negotiate and influence effectively with internal and external partners to deliver the best solutions while maintaining alignment with company policies and sustainability commitments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal adidas standards in strong partnership with H&S; department.
Drive the different tenders for Facilities services with GBS/NTP (energy, gas, car fleet, Security, Cleaning, externalised services).
Establish and oversee comprehensive budgeting and reporting processes to optimise resource allocation and cost efficiency across facility management areas such as car fleet, office occupancy, supplier performance (KPIs), and IMS data.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Proven experience in facilities management, ideally covering both corporate and retail environments.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets of significant size.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor management experience.
Fluency in English; Italian is an advantage.
Requisite Education And Experience
University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field.
7+ years of experience in facilities management, with proven experience in leading teams or projects.
