About the role Role and Mission: The Account Manager Hybrid Sales Southern Italy develops a hybrid sales approach, creating customer propositions to unlock growth and improve profitability. Focus on simplicity, scale, efficiency, and adopting technologies like Diageo One to manage relationships via phone, mail, WhatsApp, and visits. Key outcomes: Drive market share growth in Southern Italy Increase NSV Handle customer P&L to optimize investments Maintain optimal customer stock levels Manage credit to ensure timely payments Responsibilities: Support strategy definition and project management for hybrid sales Define targets based on RTM strategy and digital support Segment customers and identify expansion opportunities Develop coverage and contact plans for customer engagement Negotiate and manage day-to-day customer relationships Create scalable account plans to meet objectives Enhance digital readiness and remote contact effectiveness Track performance metrics Manage internal administrative procedures Lead process improvements and promote hybrid working practices Requirements: Strong negotiation and communication skills Relationship-building abilities and confidence Results-driven with analytical skills Innovative and team-oriented Solid P&L understanding Proficiency in MS Office and commercial tools (MS Strategy, Anaplan, Power BI) Flexible and adaptable Based in South Italy (Campania, Apulia) 2-5 years FMCG experience Additional info: Flexible working options, competitive rewards, inclusion, and diversity are valued.
