A champion of best UX and UI practices, helping continuously shape our design language alongside product and brand designers and frontend engineers. /p pWhat does that mean? It means being a creator and guardian of our components, helping to define their interactions and document their behaviour. Creating the resources that keep every team aligned by design. And impacting our entire user experience. /p pYou’ll work with a whole heap of teams, on a whole heap of projects, across a whole heap of industries. And you’ll do it all as we go global. /p h3Senior UX/UI Designer – Responsibilities /h3 ul liHelp own and maintain our design language, ensuring it scales across multiple platforms and aligns with long-term business goals. /li liChampion design excellence and advocate for best-in-class UX/UI standards, setting the bar for quality across internal and external projects. /li liCreate and maintain multiple complex Figma component libraries. /li liCreate high-level guidelines for accessibility, usability testing, and visual design. /li liWork closely with brand product designers, PMs and developers to push design consistency. /li liWrite content for and maintain our design system and asset library website. /li liTrack metrics, and use them to improve collaboration and adoption. /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liExperience building, scaling, and maintaining design systems for enterprise-level products. /li liExperience influencing and aligning Product, Engineering, and Design stakeholders around a shared vision. /li liA passion for design consistency and alignment. /li liA user-first attitude, always. /li liA data-driven approach to making decisions and backing up assertions. /li liPrevious experience in tech, and in an agile environment. /li liKnowledge of accessibility standards and a track record of implementing inclusive design at scale. /li liA good understanding of HTML, CSS and JS and how design decisions impact front-end performance and code maintainability. /li liExperience working in mature Agile environments and the ability to build processes that keep a growing design org aligned. /li liExperience with building components in Figma. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with ReactJS and Git version control /li liAn understanding of content management systems /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWhat you can expect from us: /p ul liCompetitive salary /li liFlexible hours and hybrid working.
