2025 marks the tenth season of MoneyGram Haas F1 Team in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. We are a team that challenges the status quo and seeks passionate individuals to join us.
As the first American Formula 1 team since 1986, we made an impressive debut in 2016 and have shown continuous growth, with our second-best season to date.

We are looking for an IT Support Technician based in Maranello, Italy, reporting to the Global Technology Operations Manager. The role involves supporting and improving IT Service Delivery to ensure top-tier IT services for the team.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing 1st to 2nd line technical support to our global user base.
* Assisting with 3rd line support when needed.
* Administering and troubleshooting IT systems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
* Supporting team members to achieve excellent service standards.
* Implementing continuous improvements in service delivery.
* Supporting deployment of updates, maintaining documentation, and managing assets and licenses.
* Supporting hardware and software provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and working with third-party support.
* Supporting F1-specific hardware and software needs.
Required skills and knowledge:
* Reflective, innovative, and self-driven with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and collaborate within a team.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise ITSM, endpoint management, Microsoft environments, cybersecurity, and scripting languages.
Experience and education:
* Minimum 5 years in IT support.
* BSc or MIS in ICT or equivalent experience; certifications are a plus.
* Experience in international environments is advantageous.
Work environment:
* High-pressure, time-sensitive work requiring flexibility, occasional international travel, and physical demands such as lifting and manual dexterity.
