It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region. The empowered NewCold Ferentino operations team is responsible to safely operate and maintain the state-of-the-art coldstore and to provide excellent logistics services to our customers. /p pbAbout the vacancy: /b /p pThe Maintenance Coordinator is in charge of maintenance and electrical aspects of machineries and entire site, facilities and equipment included: /p ul liThe availability of machinery and equipment must always be more than 95% /li li100% focus on planned inspections and maintenance /li liCritical spare parts availability and 99% inventory compliance /li liFull availability of technical documentation, completeness of control sheets, registers and reports /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to meet maximum operational /li liPreventive plans by maintenance program /li liCheck records of preventive maintenance tasks completed and report any variations vs. plan /li liHave high quality for work instructions, labor, parts and costs /li liGuarantee all routine works are planned and scheduled and any breakdown is carried out in such a way to minimize operational disruption /li liMonitoring and compliance of the sections planning and budgeting process /li liMonitor work, operating and maintenance costs and lead corrective action to ensure compliance with agreed budget /li liManage a good inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment according to necessity and targets /li liReply efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtime /li liLiaise with key stakeholders to identify the impact of breakdown events on Customer Service and mitigate accordingly /li liUnder breakdown conditions, advise management about options to resolve /li liPlan a regular reporting structure on technical operations /li liAble to successfully set priorities and use the systems available to ensure that plans and schedule are optimized /li liAbility to evaluate and manage height operations and rescue /li liEnsure team is trained, skilled and able to fulfill their duties (according to the rescue at heights) /li liFollow all company rules about quality requirements every time /li liEnsuring mitigation of any risk of incidents /li liFollow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructions /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbWho are we looking for? /b /p ul liVery good communication skills /li liAble to ensure a smooth flow of information within the team and plant /li liAbility to train, coach and collaborate with site personnel /li liAbility to lead toolbox meetings and attend all management meetings /li /ul pbYou are: /b /p ul liEffective communicator at all levels of the business /li liAble to make proposals for improvement procedures and/or optimization to operational processes /li liShow consistency over time, has a proactive and collaborative approach /li liHas transparent, clear communication and ensures impartial treatment /li liEngage and motivate a qualified and suitable technical team /li liEnsure the team is aligned with company values, vision and objectives /li /ul pbReady to make an impact? /b Our goal is to keep the world’s food fresh and safe with our proprietary technologies and innovative solutions.
