Personalized Service Delivery: Emotional Intelligence: Thinking on one's feet and providing tailored solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Consumer Service Skills: Exceptional service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
Successful experience in conducting proactive sales of premium or luxury goods, preferably in audio/video categories.
CRM and Pipeline Management: Experience working with CRM systems and knowledge of sales pipeline management.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English.
Relevant working experience in similar positions will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus
Experience is selling premium or luxury goods
