In this role, you will work in an international environment, deepen your expertise in the regulatory aspects of cosmetic products, actively contribute to meetings with cross‑functional teams and collaborate with external suppliers. /ppbr/ppstronguResponsibilities /u /strong /pulli Organizing, maintaining, and uploading regulatory files in our database /liliAssist the Manager in the preparation and compilation of regulatory documents /liliParticipate in document collection for specific product categories (accessories, GWP) /liliReview technical documents for consistency, formatting, and regulatory alignment /liliProvide support across the team based on workload /liliStay up to date with international, national, and regional cosmetics/OTC regulations, including labelling, ingredient restrictions, and safety standards /li /ulpbr/ppstronguRequirements /u /strong /pulliBachelor in scientific matters (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology) strong- Mandatory /strong /liliMaster/specialization in Regulatory Affairs or Master/specialization in Cosmetic Sciences strong- Mandatory /strong /liliFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken strong- Mandatory /strong /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Outlook /liliStrong attention to details and quality of documents and processes /liliWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliCuriosity /liliStrong interpersonal skills – ability to work closely with people at all levels /li /ul
