Who we're looking for
As our new Sales Performance Analyst (f/m/d/x), you will play a key role in driving business reporting processes and monitoring the performance of our sales teams across our international markets, with a focus on Germany, Austria and CEE.

What you'll do
* Monitor and control sales performance across our markets, with a focus on Germany, Austria and CEE.
* Organise and lead regular update meetings to present and discuss reports and performance reviews with key stakeholders.
* Enhance and contribute to our sales forecasting processes in the CRM, including reporting and forecast tracking.
* Conduct detailed business reviews and deep-dive analyses of sales performance.
* Contribute to the future global sales performance management and support in business case development for strategic initiatives and product launches
What you'll need
* You have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with numbers.
* You are structured, organised, and able to break down complex topics into actionable insights.
* You are experienced in interpreting and analysing sales data using Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Looker).
* Ideally, you have 1+ years of experience in business consulting (e.g. EY, PwC) or a similar environment.
* You demonstrate good stakeholder management skills.
* You are business fluent in English. German and/or Italian is a plus.
* You have excellent communication skills and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* You are adaptable, a quick learner, and ready to take ownership.
Location
Our office is in Milan (Via Borsi, 9) but you can also take advantage of our flexible hybrid mode.
