Lead product designer (ascoli piceno)

Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design vision across mobile and web platforms, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and consistent user experiences.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of senior product designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
- Drive user-centered design decisions that directly contribute to engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
- Create and evolve wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance discovery, loyalty, and user motivation.
- Own and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
- Translate user research, analytics, and business insights into actionable and effective design strategies.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation into design workflows to improve speed and quality.
