IT Support Technician (Tempo parziale – 2 days per week, on-site in Fabriano)
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide corrective service for a wide range of industrial products, performing hands-on maintenance as required and resolving complex issues. The role may involve installing new systems, including networking, as well as diagnosing a broad range of customer issues, both software- and hardware-related.
All tasks must be carried out in accordance with the company’s technical and quality standards and procedures, with the goal of delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to identify issues and develop and implement appropriate technical solutions - Respond to service calls or escalate them within agreed timeframes - Perform installation and maintenance of customer systems, e.g. PCs and mobile devices - Develop and maintain customer relationships, identifying opportunities to extend existing service agreements - Support the development of testing and repair processes - Liaise with help desks, support services, and support centers - Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a field service representative or in a similar role - Proficiency in English and Italian - Experience in handling, maintaining, and safeguarding technical equipment - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Team player - Good time management skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Comfortable using mobile tools and applications
