The role will influence approaches, projects, programs, and workflows within the functional area or business organization, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. The role will operate with moderate autonomy while adhering to professional practices and policies shaped by the role, leveraging strong operational judgment to deliver impactful results. /p h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganize and lead projects related to new facilities, industrial buildings, rehabilitation, new equipment, configurations, renovations, and optimization. /li liManage capital investments, including advanced manufacturing engineers, New Product Introduction (NPI) engineers, and NPI manufacturing engineers. /li liDevelop specialized knowledge in their discipline and serve as a resource for best practices/quality. /li liStay informed about the latest technical developments in their area. /li liContribute to the development of strategies and policies, ensuring results within their area of responsibility. /li liPossess in-depth knowledge of best practices and how their area integrates with others, as well as practical knowledge of competition and market differentiation factors. /li liExercise judgment to make decisions and manage moderately complex activities or issues in operational areas, product management, manufacturing, technology, or design. /li liAdopt new perspectives on existing solutions and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues. /li liUtilize experience and technical expertise to analyze data and support recommendations. /li liLeverage multiple internal resources and limited external resources within their function to reach decisions. /li liMay lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. /li liExplain difficult and sensitive information and work to build consensus. /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering /li liKnowledge of Product architectures and relevant technical requirements, design solutions, technologies, validation/certification approach /li liStrong experience in Manufacturing Engineering with increasing responsibilities throughout the years /li liAbility to set and monitor multiple priorities, coordinate projects/activities of others /li liAbility to manage complex multi-year technical programs in a matrix resource environment /li liStrong interpersonal and leadership skills as per GE Leadership Behaviors /li liFluent English and Italian, oral and written /li liWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liKnowledge of GE engineering, manufacturing, and design processes /li liStrong process discipline with sound analytic and statistical skills /li liFinancial and business acumen /li liAbility to bring assignments to a successful completion /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pbSmart working and work life-balance /b /p pAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work‑life balance.
