This position reports to Sales Services functions. The scope of the Sales Services Specialist is to give customers the best experience @ EMILIO PUCCI, acting as first point of contact and representative of the PUCCI Values and Image. The Sales Services Specialist take care of questions and complaints, give information about products, manage orders and process returns.Job responsabilitiesMain Responsibilities:Liaise with the logistic team to develop the flow and delivery of the merchandise, in accordance with the necessity of the clients or the delivery agendaProvide information and other assistance to credit and accountant teams regarding customer’s credit or payment issuesManage the incoming communications from customersLiaise with the product and production department for any specific product request from customersIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by offering the most appropriate solutionManage any litigation that may occurManage and periodically update international price-list, in accordance to the exchange ratesManage and review orders from the time of receipt to the time of shipment.Manage the loading process of orders during and after Sales campaign (client registrations, order confirmations and cancellations)ProfileTechnical Rrequirements:3+ years of previous experience in similar position, possibly in the Fashion Industry and international markets;Excellent knowledge of the main delivery processes, including e-commerce;Customer centricity attitude;Analytical mindset with a very good attention to details.Leadership Requirements:Team player;Able to work in a complex and fast changing organization;Result and problem solving oriented.Languages: Italian + Excellent English knowledge. Another language would be a plus;
