Overview
Project Manager supporting production (third-party marine and civil suppliers) and installation (resort destinations) of ADHARIA's innovative floating hospitality units. Responsible for choosing, organizing, monitoring and controlling external marine + civil third-party suppliers of systems, finished and raw components. Interface with shipyards, modular fabricators and partners. Focuses on quality control, timelines, and efficient execution under senior guidance.
Key responsibilities
Assist in choosing, organizing, monitoring and controlling third-party suppliers
Help identify, qualify, select reliable marine/civil suppliers/partners
Support evaluation of costs, lead times, feasibility, maritime/class compliance
Contribute to technical analysis of floating units (hull, buoyancy, mooring + superstructure, fit-out)
Aid optimization of modular assembly, outfitting, industrialization phases
Support supplier research, selection, negotiation
Assist cost/lead time estimation, scalability, basic risk management
Help oversee production/installation, quality checks, occasional site supervision
Contribute to technical docs, production plans for partners/investors
