The role partners within the hotel/hotels to maximize profit for shareholders and owners and executes EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects to deliver an industry-leading, efficient finance organization. /p pstrongWhat will I be doing? /strong /p pThe Assistant Director of Finance supports all activities performed by the Director of Finance, including understanding and driving financial performance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and coordinating monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP, Uniform System of Accounts, and Hilton policies. The role ensures smooth operation of all hotel finance activities in full compliance with policies, regulations, and contracts. It partners with hotel finance teams and management, supporting the Director of Finance in developing strong relationships with stakeholders including Commercial, IT, Procurement, Operations, Shared Service Centers, Owners, Asset Managers, and Regional Operations Finance. In the absence of the Director of Finance, the Assistant Director will assume department responsibilities.
