Responsibilities The Product Stewardship function ensures our products are safe for humans and the environment. It provides expert advice and support to business units to comply with regulatory requirements, including European legislation on food and drinking water contact. As a Product Steward and primary contact for various business lines in Engineered Materials, your responsibilities include: Monitoring regulations with a focus on European legislation. Supporting the business in assessing regulatory changes and impacts. Assisting customers with compliance statements. Conducting assessments for critical topics and sensitive end-uses, such as European Food Contact Regulations. Coordinating and evaluating migration tests related to EU Food Contact compliance. Supporting test institutes during customer-requested testing. Managing product risk to ensure business continuity and address compliance in new opportunities. Subject matter expert for European Drinking Water contact regulations, responsible for: Supporting customers in obtaining European DW contact approvals globally. Collaborating with test institutes for approval renewals. Participating in European trade groups to track information and advocate legislation. Qualifications University degree in chemistry or a related field (Diploma or Master). Regulatory knowledge or experience in food contact, drinking water, or chemical inventories is beneficial. Strong team spirit and ability to work internationally. Excellent communication skills and a business-oriented attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
