The role aims to lead and coordinate daily HR administration across multiple European countries, ensuring efficient and consistent processes while overseeing accurate and compliant multi-country payroll operations.It also contributes to the development of the HR function by supporting international projects and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic, growing organization.MAIN ACTIVITIESManage the full employee life cycle (hiring, contract management, changes, terminations) across several European countriesReview and validate payroll flows handled by external providers such as ADP, including inputs, outputs, and compliance documentationTrack attendance, absences, leave, and documentation related to sickness, maternity, holidays, and workplace accidentsServe as the primary point of contact for European employees on HR administration and payroll mattersOversee Time & Attendance systems and ensure proper integration with payroll processesProvide reporting, analysis, and KPIs to support HR Business Partners and local teams.RequirementsMust haveAt least 5 years of solid experience in HR administration and payroll, ideally in a coordinating or multi-country role.Strong knowledge of labor regulations, especially Italian labor law (experience with the CCNL Commercio is highly valued).Familiarity with international payroll providers (e.g., ADP)Proficiency with HRIS and data management tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Workforce Software)High accuracy, organizational skills, discretion, and strong decision-making abilities.Nice to haveCapable of handling confidential information with discretionHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsA proactive, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Compensation PackageWorkplaceCarpi (Mo)CompanyA well-established global brand in the athletic and casual apparel sector, known for durable and comfortable products.Keywords #WEPRAXI #PRAXIHR #PRAXIRif.
