PThis job is open to internal candidates in the Iveco Group only. /ppbr/ppPrimary function: /ppEmpower System Integration to fit Axle, Eaxle and Transmission to vehicle at the best, by capturing vehicle requirements at early stage and granting a clean and effective management at Truck and Bus Technical Table. /ppActs as the primary interface for transforming vehicle requirements into DRIVELINE system targets and requirements. /ppbr/ppEssential responsibilities: /pulliProviding clear project scope and expectations to the PWT Technical Team /liliDefining system integration strategy, building and maintaining system integration plan / integrated validation plan /liliPrioritizing the activities within the respective Technical Team, according to Projects milestones /liliProject status tracking, ensuring system readiness at each integration milestone, through specific KPI monitoring /liliSingle PWT point of contact within the Truck Bus Project Tables for PWT Technical Team risks and issues tracking /liliDriveline-to-vehicle engineer animate and join Truck Bus projects technical tables /liliDiscuss and agree on Eaxle architecture ensuring proper integration of inverter, thermal management system, vehicle/Eaxle control strategies /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements: /pulliDegree in Automotive, Mechatronic, Electronic, Electric or System Engineering /liliFluent English and Italian, written and spoken /lili5-7 years’ experience in system integration /liliOverall vehicle system's understanding, with focus on vehicle systems impacting Eaxle and Coventional driveline integration (thermal management, HV system, cooling circuits, electrical architecture, etc...) /liliKnowledge of vehicle architecture /liliStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate root causes beyond initial findings /liliEffective communication and seamless collaboration across Powertrain and Vehicle teams within global programs /liliStrong understanding and practical application of risk management methodologies (e.g. FMEA, risk assessment, mitigation planning) /li /ulpbr/ppDigital skills: /pulliMS Office /liliPolarion /liliD.I.M. /li /ulpbr/ppFlexibility to ensure on-site presence in line with project requirements. /ppbr/ppAvailability to Travel: /ppExpected % of Time: ≈ 15% /p
