We are looking for a/an Order handling Export fixed term- disabled list to join our FE_WIBU team in Italy belonging to the Disabled categories under Law 68/99
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities regarding the use of iScala
DUTIES
Formulate, write, collate and send to the appropriate banking institutions all documentation regarding payments to be made.
Formulate, write, collect and send to the relevant banking institutions all documentation regarding obtaining payments
Prepare and draft all documentation regarding the shipment cycle.
Coordinate the entire flow of order management, both in terms of intern business functions and external collaborators (e.g., freight forwarders, customs offices, etc.)
Apply for and manage export licenses with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Work experience:
3 years of work experience in logistics and export management and customer service, preferably in the water treatment industry
Expertise (e.g. professional, technical)
-Technical, commercial, logistics training
Education: Electromechanical technical training - technical high school, Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics will be considered a plus.
Certifications: n/a
Languages:
Fluent English knowledge will be request
