About the Role
We are looking for a Communication Assistant Coordinator to support our Global Communication Manager in planning, creating, and executing communication initiatives across markets.
This role plays a key part in ensuring that our brand identity and positioning remains consistent, strategic, and aligned with our global vision.
What You Will Do
• Support the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate daily communication activities and ensure timely delivery of projects and deadlines.
• Monitor media coverage, track performance, and prepare analytical reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments (content, design, and production) to gather materials and align messaging.
• Assist in organizing and promoting global events, workshops, and PR activities at our Galleries worldwide.
• Maintain and update contact databases and outreach lists (including the Fueguia **** Community).
• Manage gifting initiatives for selected target audiences and follow up on appointments.
• Provide administrative support such as invoice tracking, supplier coordination, and payment follow-up.
• Prepare strategic presentations and market reports for senior management.
• Contribute to new launch reporting, communication analysis, and performance tracking at POS.
• Internal Communication: schedule monthly calls with DOS Galleries to gather insights and feedback on ongoing operations, and manage internal newsletters to share updates on strategy, launches, and new content introductions.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in communication or marketing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive team player with problem-solving skills.
• Professional English fluency (to be assessed during the second-round interview).
• A hands-on, creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Preferred
• Previous experience in the luxury industry is considered an asset.
