PJob TitleClinical Application Specialist - Cardiac Solutions /pJob DescriptionpbClinical Application Specialist: /bbrDriving clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues for CS (Cardiac Solutions) segment.br/ppbYour role: /b /pulliProviding primary training and education to customers /liliAssisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital’s staff training, also in the cath lab during clinical procedures. /liliAchieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory; assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division and company goals. /liliMonitoring the use of Philips laser systems in the assigned territory, by regular contact with the users, in order to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems. Assisting each step of Philips laser system utilization, from the delivery to the cath-lab support. /liliBuilding solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff. /liliInterfacing with Marketing and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements. /liliImplementing business development activities on the field for increasing awareness about cardiac implantable electronic device infection. Organizing round tables/cardiac implantable electronic device infection meetings involving the different stakeholders that manage patients with infection. /liliProcessing and monitoring product complaints per company procedures. /li /ulpbrbYou're the right fit if: /b /pulliBa/MSc degree in a biomedical engineering or clinical/science related field /lili2 - 5 yrs experience of clinical support in a cath-lab /liliEnglish fluency and Italian language as local languange /liliAvailability to travel 70-80% of the time to support cath-lab disposable usage in the area /liliExcellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills /li /ulp? bLocation Flexibility: /bThis role can be based either in Naples area, focusing on the Southern Italy regions, or in Rome area, focusing on Central Italy. /ppbHow we work together /bbrWe believe that we are better together than apart.brField roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations, and we expect in-person activities either at customer locations or in the office at least 3 days a week. /ppbrbAbout Philips /bbrWe are a health technology company.
