About our vacancy:
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales Representative to develop and grow our business in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including bike shops, distributors, and OEM partners.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration in Italy.
* Provide product training and support to retailers and distributors if necessary.
* Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products when needed
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with new customers or direct handover to HQ
* Provide market feedback to support product development and sales strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in the bicycle industry, preferably in the Italian market.
* Strong network of contacts within the bike retail and distribution sector or other industries.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in Italian and working proficiency in English for communication. Other languages are a plus.
* Interest in cycling and bicycle security solutions is desirable.
