PpbAs Food and Beverage Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties: /b /pulliFollow the posted opening and closing duties /liliTake accurate and complete reservations /liliProvide excellent service at all times /liliSet and maintain the dining room environment and materials perfectly clean /liliHave a good knowledge of menu items to assist guests when needed /liliAssist guests and colleagues courteously and efficiently /liliUse the guest’s name appropriately and communicate it to restaurant colleagues and managers so they can do the same /liliAssist in seating guests /liliSupport restaurant colleagues in preparing for service /liliCommunicate important information with colleagues (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, special requests) /liliHandle reservations and prepayments for special events, holiday brunches, wine dinners, cooking classes, etc. /liliCoordinate set menus for small groups and distribute copies of the event form accordingly /liliMaintain menu cleanliness and print menus as needed /liliInform restaurant managers daily about the reservation forecast /liliShare information about upcoming events with the Concierge team /liliAssist in monitoring all guest needs /liliConfirm daily reservations and inform the Chef accordingly /liliRecord guest preferences /liliCheck daily preferences of regular guests and update the service list /li /ulpbAs Food and Beverage Coordinator, we expect from you: /b /pulliAbility to stand for long periods of time /liliKnowledge of the Seltz program is required. /liliGood computer skills and strong organizational and administrative abilities /liliExcellent attention to detail /liliExcellent grooming and hygiene at all times /liliA good level of English is preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
