FINANCE SPECIALIST - ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS
for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
We offer: a Permanent staffing contract, CCNL Metalworking Industry, RAL 36-38.000€.

Responsibility
As a Finance Specialist - Accounting Operations, you will be responsible for:
* supporting overall Gas Technology Accounts payable processes ensuring timely and accurate review of transactions, holds and disbursements;
* supporting Weekly NP cash out rec’s & quarterly and long planning sessions estimates;
* supporting Accounts Payable activities related to both Italian Statutory & US GAAP processes during quarterly & yearly submissions;
* supporting daily operations related to SDI invoice booking metrics & e-archive maintenance;
* coordinating with internal operations teams as well as with suppliers on management of invoice block resolutions;
* partner with B2P, R2R, Tax teams on managing various accounting operations ensuring correct Balance Sheet reporting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and proven experience in Finance;
* be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel, Power Point. Also preferable experience with Oracle ERP, Ariba, Thoughspot;
* be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills;
* be a good team player and display good communication skills;
* be fluent both in English and Italian.
