The key objectives of thisrole areto lead the local SOP process and collaborate with commercial stakeholders to generate the most-likely Demand predictions. /ppbWhat Your Impact Will Be: /b /pulliDrive improvements in Forecast Variance /liliPrepare and run the local SOP process with the Sales Marketing teams following the monthly cadence /liliPrepare and execute the monthly Demand Submission in line with the signed-off forecast /liliBe the primary point of contact for Sales Marketing with regards to Planning and Forecasting /liliSynchronize commercial plans with demand plans /liliProactively identifying constraints and challenges and developing solutions to mitigate impacts all the while keeping internal customers clearly informed of developments /liliWork with Sales and Marketing to fully understand Sales Forecast, risks and opportunities /liliProvide and analyse monthly metrics reporting on forecast changes, rejections, forecast accuracy, bias /li /ulpbWhat We’re Looking For: /b /pulliB.A. Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,Supply-Chain or Engineering (or equivalent) /liliAt least 2-3 years experience in a supply chain planning role /liliWorking knowledge of demand planning processes and tools; experience with Anaplan and/or Tableau is a plus /liliAPICS certification or equivalent a plus /liliExpert proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint /liliConfident and skilled communicator both verbally and written including meeting facilitation and presentations /liliAbility to influence and achieve expected results independently by establishing effective cross-functional cross-culture relationships /liliHigh level of organizational and time management skills /liliHigh levels of problem solving analytical ability /liliAbility to perform in a demanding, dynamic and highly visible organisation /li /ulpDon’t meet every single requirement?At Mattel, we are dedicated to an inclusive workplace and a culture of belonging.
