Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely, professional manner
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required

For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:
Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS
Assistance in finding a house according to the needs of the candidate
Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle
€1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (within 100 Km of Lisbon or more)

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
Native or fluent in one European language
(French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Nordic languages, etc.)
Have
basic to intermediate English skills (B1 or higher)
Are available to relocate to Lisbon for
a minimum of 12 months
Are customer-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
Are open to working in an international, structured environment
No previous customer service experience required
