The candidate will support B2C After Sales activities, with a strong focus on performance governance, KPI monitoring, and process optimization for machine maintenance and repair services. They will also contribute to the day-to-day management of technical issues, ensuring the highest service levels for our customers and collaborating closely with our Service Partners. A Day in the Life of the Stage After Sales Nespresso: - Monitor After Sales KPIs and ensure high service levels by following up on cases, identifying gaps, and taking appropriate corrective actions. - Analyze reports and performance data from Nespresso After Sales Centers to support decision-making. - Automate performance and cost-related analyses to improve efficiency and data reliability. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to Service Partner performance and operational KPIs. - Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to enhancements of existing processes and participating in lean re-engineering projects in collaboration with Customer Relationship teams. - Work closely with suppliers and Service Partners to collect information, solve operational issues, and ensure alignment on performance. - Provide hands-on support to the After Sales team on daily operational tasks, maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
