As our Partnership Manager (all genders), you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of AlfaDocs, driving product excellence, strategic innovation, and team growth. Define and implement a strategic partnership roadmap to accelerate market penetration, drive revenue growth, and enhance product innovation. Partner Sourcing & Onboarding Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners—such as EHR vendors, healthcare service providers, and technology integrators—and lead structured onboarding processes. Relationship Management & Growth Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring partners achieve success and remain highly engaged. Contract Negotiation & Management Lead partnership negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and oversee legal and compliance aspects to secure mutually beneficial terms. Performance Measurement & Analytics Establish KPIs, track partner performance, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize partnership ROI and identify expansion opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align partner initiatives with company objectives and deliver integrated solutions. Thought Leadership & Evangelism Represent AlfaDocs at industry events, webinars, and roundtables to showcase partnership successes and attract new collaborators. 5 years of experience in partnership or business development—ideally within SaaS, health-tech, or adjacent industries. Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue and strategic value. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and foster trust across diverse organizations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Data-driven mindset; comfortable using analytics tools to inform strategy and decision-making. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach. BONUS : You have experience with brand / events / community.
