The successful candidate will perform a wide range of tasks spanning technical, managerial, and strategic responsibilities. This position is based in Italy.MissionDeliver overall technical solutions on Signalling projects, with a focus on Italian High Speed lines, during bidding and contract phases. Ensure proper execution of technical activities including solution implementation, design costs, document submission, schedule adherence, and quality standards.AccountabilitiesEnsure effective implementation of technical solutions as per requirements.Manage technical interfaces with Customers and Authorities.Communicate project objectives clearly to the team and monitor alignment with schedules.Oversee document submission timeliness, quality, and budget compliance.Ensure technical activities comply with company procedures, including design review processes.Manage technical changes and variations, ensuring proper documentation and cost revision.Maintain and update project risk and criticality lists with relevant managers.Implement proper document and configuration management processes.Coordinate technical definition and construction document delivery during on-site activities.Monitor verification activities of engineering and issued documents as per VV plan.Contribute to testing and commissioning activities, interfacing with other units as needed.Required Skills/Knowledge3 to 5 years of engineering experience.Knowledge of railway signalling systems, architecture, and products.Familiarity with ERTMS systems and products.Project management, planning, and monitoring skills.Interface and stakeholder management skills.Experience with commissioning and quality assurance.Understanding of system engineering principles.Education / QualificationsElectrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering degree, or equivalent technical background.LanguagesProficiency in English.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
