Our company is currently looking for a professional Contract Manager with large experience in big Onshore EPC projects.
This is for a significant tender with an approximate value of €1 billion.
WORK PURPOSE
Manage all contractual aspects of the Project with regards to Main Contract and Subcontracts.
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
* Performs offer analysis from a contractual/administrative point of view (Terms & Conditions), reporting any sources of risk and/or opportunities and proposing any requests for clarification and/or deviation to Proposal Manager and to Commercial Director;
* Coordinates the initial analysis of the contract and of all the documentation accompanying it, in order to report to the Project Manager any sources of risk and/or opportunities and supply the necessary information for defining the management strategy of the order;
* Assists the Project Manager in official communications that may have contractual implications;
* Draws up contractual conditions, addendums and amicable/settlement agreements;
* Manages the preparation of Variation/Claim and the requests EoT toward the customer and/or subcontractors;
* Assists the Project Manager in the negotiation of claims and variations;
* Ensures the necessary support to the Project Manager and the coordination with Legal in avoiding and in managing any disputes toward the Client and the suppliers;
* Guarantees the continuous update of the contractual situation through the collection of all the inherent documentation (change order, correspondence, etc.);
* Guarantees the continuous update of the Contract Management Leader regarding the general status of existing order contracts (both relatives to suppliers and those with the Customer) and is responsible for promptly reporting any critical risk issues and risks.
Hierarchically subordinate to the and, for day-to-day operations, is coordinated by the Project Manager.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES
* At least 15 years in the role
* Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
* Experience in important oil&gas projects
