This includes supporting business owners in building, operating, and innovating our cloud data centres. We support operations, business development, and engineering, and you should be passionate about producing financial analysis that enables management to make breakthrough decisions, drive cash flow, and ultimately delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the AWS Data Center Supply Solutions (DCSS) Business Development and Real Estate teams to provide strategic guidance on investment alternatives and deal negotiations for regional expansions.
Perform discounted cash flow and P&L financial modelling, often under tight deadlines, and lead executive‑level discussions. Ensure internal stakeholders (e.g. Real estate, New and Existing Region Portfolio Management, Product teams, Networking, Data Center Engineering, Accounting, Legal, Tax, etc.) are aligned with recommendations.
Help prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new deals.
Provide controllership and oversight of business case data integrity and approvals.
Understand infrastructure market segments, customer base, and industry verticals and technology trends to set business development plans for target markets and ensure execution is aligned with approved expansion strategies.
Develop business and technology acumen in order to understand and
