The purpose of this role is to concept, design and animate motion graphics in the service of a client's outcome. Key Accountabilities - Create concepts, graphics, animations and storyboards in line with client requirements - Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and client/agency partner teams - Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure consistent work across all media - Keeps informed of current software and design trends to ensure work incorporates best practices Person Specification - Motion graphics portfolio / reel available for consultation is a must - Excellent knowledge of the main graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) - Excellent knowledge of the main video editing and animation software (After Effects, Premiere) - Proficiency in designing and creating graphic, video and motion graphic contents as well as in postproduction and editing - Strong interest around the universe of creativity, familiarity with social and digital languages and formats - Excellent aesthetic sense and personal design style - 3-5 years of experience - Good english level - Familiarity with generative AI tool such as Midjourney, StableDiffusion, ecc. is a plus - Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema4D, Maya or Unreal Engine) is a plus LI-DNI Location: Milan Brand: Dentsu Creative Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
